I've purchased this garment to be worn post-op. It is strong enough for the eight weeks of compression needed after a male chest lift and lipo of abs and flanks. It is very comfortable. The sleeves are a big plus for me because, as I discovered, the sleeveless kind eventually began to hurt my underarms since I had surgery there. Also if you're measurements aren't close enough to one size, the company can make you a custom garment. The front is double paneled for extra compression.
