The compression is excellent. It takes a little time to get into, but once it is on, it stays in place and is very comfortable to wear. In fact, the support is so good that now, six weeks after my mid-section and chest area liposuction, I feel more comfortable wearing the garment than not. I tried another brand that wasn't half as good--this product is worth the money.
