I've wore it several times and it helps  A LOT!! I've been having back pain and when I wear it I feel my back is getting lots of the support it needs and I'm don't feel uncomfortable when I walk. I feel it's a great garment to use during pregnancy, especially when you're planning to be out for a couple of hours doing lots of walking.
